A commercial air conditioning service is a hands-on clean and health check of each unit on a site. It typically covers cleaning or replacing filters, cleaning the indoor and outdoor coils, clearing the condensate drain, checking refrigerant, electrical connections and fans, testing controls and measuring performance, then reporting anything that needs repair.
